We opened a public incident log on 2026-05-14. Prior to this date we did not maintain a public history — outages and degradations were communicated privately to affected customers and over email. Going forward, we record every incident that affected production for more than five consecutive minutes, plus any scheduled maintenance window. Entries include what happened, what we did, and what we changed to keep it from happening again. This is not a backfill. We are not retroactively logging events from before this date.
