Common pricing questions

What counts as a document?

One uploaded file or pasted text run, regardless of length up to your plan's per-document word cap. A 5,000-word essay and a 1-paragraph email each count as a single document.

What's the per-document word cap?

Pro is capped at 5,000 words per document; Enterprise at 10,000. The cap protects fair pricing — the Claude API costs we incur scale with document size, not just count. Hit the cap and we'll prompt you to either split the document or upgrade.

What happens if I exceed my monthly document quota?

On Pro and Enterprise, additional documents are billed at $0.20 (or ₦300) each. We'll show the exact charge before each overage. Free-tier users are blocked at the quota and prompted to upgrade.

Do unused documents roll over?

No. Quotas reset monthly on your billing date. Enterprise plans have a much higher cap (1,000) so it's rarely a constraint.

Why are NGN and USD prices different?

We anchor NGN pricing to Nigerian SaaS purchasing-power benchmarks rather than a strict currency conversion. The Claude API still costs us USD, but local users pay a price that's reasonable in their market.

What's your refund policy?

Refund requests within 7 days of a charge are honored without question. After 7 days, refunds are case-by-case.
